"My favorite memory from Youth Inspire was when a child and his siblings, without any prompting from us or their parents, excitedly ran over to our table and started giving overlapping requests to color, build a DNA helix, and/or play a board game."

"During my first year of college, I illustrated a children's book called Atlas: The Very Special Therapy Dog!"
"One of my fondest memories from YI was when a young patient made an adorable little bracelet during one of our workshops, and decided to gift her creation to me. As she tied it around my wrist, she asked if I worked at the hospital, and I responded with, "hopefully someday in the future." She responded sweetly, "I will have my fingers crossed for you." Little encounters like this are incredibly meaningful, heartwarming, and powerful."
